Wayne County Hospital intends to enter into an AIA 133 Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor, where the basis of payment is the Cost of the Work Plus a Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price, for construction of hospital renovations and an addition for a Linear Accelerator unit at 417 S East St, Corydon, Iowa 50060. The Owner will publish a request for statements of qualifications for construction manager at risk (CMaR) services for the project. The engagement will use a two-stage solicitation process: first, a Statement of Qualifications, and second, an Interview and Cost Proposal. Selection criteria include general information, firm relevant experience, team experience and qualifications, local market experience and state preference, CMaR project understanding and approach, project management, safety record, EMR, internal safety program, and financial stability. At the proposal stage, qualified respondents must submit proposed fees. The CMaR offering the best value based on the published selection criteria and ranking evaluation will be selected.
