Site work for a development in Centreville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a conservation development.
The purpose of this project is to expose, excavate, relocate, and properly cover lime solids currently stored in an existing landfill area in accordance with this scope of work and the drawings provided as Attachment F. Approximately 34,095 cubic yards of lime material must be relocated to an open cell designated by the Project Manager. All Work will be performed at 14631 Compton Rd, Centreville VA 20121. Pre-construction surveying will be required to verify existing grades, confirm the limits of the landfill area, and establish control points for excavation and final grading.
