The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) on behalf of the Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) is seeking a Professional Services Contractor (PSC) to provide architectural and engineering design for the installation of a new exterior 20’x30’ freezer, connected to the existing Dining Hall, Building 79. The scope of work also includes evaluation of the existing freezer located in another building to determine the feasibility of its removal. Construction documents shall include detailed plans depicting removal of the existing freezer and restoration of the existing space for storage if removal is deemed feasible. The PSC will prepare construction documents and specifications required for code approval, bidding, and construction. Services requested include Phases 100 and 300–700 as outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposal responses must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS. Enter the total cost for all phases as the bid amount. Firms are encouraged to combine their technical and cost proposals into one attachment for proposal submission. Attachments can be no larger than 25mb. SIGMA VSS will not allow a proposal to be submitted after the 2:00 p.m. deadline, even if a portion of the proposal response has been uploaded.
