Renovation of a mixed-use development in Berwick, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development; and water / sewer project.

The work consists of two separate projects: installation of one 12x12 exterior insulated rolling door with manual hand-chain and high efficiency reduction gear hoist at the Solids Building; and replacement of the existing Carrier electric furnace, in-kind or equal, in the Solids Building, including all necessary equipment, piping, and associated parts for a complete job. The scope also includes replacement of two existing Trane oil fired air units and one Reznor oil fired air unit, all in-kind or equal, in the Maintenance Barn with new oil filters, canisters, oil lines, vent stacks, low voltage control wiring to new thermostats (one per unit), test and startup of the new units, and all appurtenances for a complete installation. Bids must include a 10 percent Bid Bond, a fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit, and use the forms provided. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and negotiate contract amounts. Prevailing wage rates must be paid.
