Capital City Link General Partnership (CCLGP) is seeking professional contracting services for its 2026 Paving Program. The scope includes various pavement resurfacing and localized pavement repair areas, collectively referred to as 'the Works.' These involve repairing fatigue cracking and addressing localized smoothness issues, including 2025 International Roughness Index (IRI) non-compliances. The work requires a minimum 50mm mill and inlay, with some areas needing dip infill or profile milling, and potential partial to full depth Asphalt Concrete Pavement (ACP) replacement base repairs. Repair and resurfacing areas range from approximately 0.01 km to 2.5 km in length throughout the NEAH network. Specific work area dimensions are to be confirmed in the field before execution.
