Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Almonte, Ontario. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Work includes the removal of existing tennis court infrastructure and the construction of new asphalt tennis courts, complete with fencing, lighting, electrical works, court surfacing, equipment, and site restoration, in accordance with the Contract Drawings and Specifications. The scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: Site preparation, removals, excavation, and disposal of existing asphalt, granular base, fencing, net posts, anchors, and lighting infrastructure. Construction of new tennis courts including geotextile, granular sub-base and base, asphalt pavement, acrylic surfacing, and line painting. Supply and installation of new tennis court equipment, concrete edging, chain link fencing, and gates. Electrical design, supply, installation, and commissioning of new court lighting and associated electrical systems, including ESA certification. Site restoration, cleanup, quality control, testing, warranties, and contract closeout. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and any issued addenda.
