Reference Number 0000422300 Source ID PU.AG.USA.1238.C5751701 Piggyback Contract No The City of Durango is seeking qualified contractors to remove and replace tile in the approximately 230-square-foot spa (hot tub) located at the City of Durango Community Recreation Center. The existing tile and associated setting materials shall be removed and replaced with tile suitable for continuous submersion in a commercial aquatic environment. Tile selection shall account for curved surfaces, with smaller format tile used where necessary, and larger format tile permitted on flat surfaces such as the spa floor where appropriate. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the work as specified.
