A proposal to expand the existing solar array at the Sunnyside location at 299 CR 218 by 3.3MW, increasing the total generating capacity from 1.7MW to 5.0MW. The project qualifies for an Administrative Permit Review process and will be processed under a single application with Project PL20260053, Sunnyside BESS, according to the definition of "project" in the La Plata County Land Use Code Ch. 69. Appeals to the determination must be filed in writing, detailing the appellant's interest, relationship to the project and applicant, and grounds for appeal, within ten days of publication of the determination. Upon timely appeal, the board will review the director's determination within fourteen days and may amend it based on submitted materials and relevant provisions from the Land Use Code. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
