Reference Number 0000423234 The City of Durango, Colorado, by and through its Purchasing Administrator, invites interested, qualified bidders capable of providing the required services to submit bids for Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) Rehabilitation of Sanitary Sewers in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in these documents. Question Deadline 05/15/2026 at 3:00 PM MT All questions must be submitted via online. (Questions received after the deadline may not be accepted.) The City of Durango reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and minor irregularities in bids, and to accept the bid deemed, in the opinion of the City, to be in the best interest of the City of Durango. Services to be provided by the Contractor will include but will not be limited to: Cleaning existing sewer mains Pre-installation CCTV inspection Temporary flow bypass and control Installation of CIPP liner Resin curing using hot water, steam, or UV light Reinstatement of service laterals Final CCTV inspection and testing
