Landscaping Services to be provided for Swampscott Public Schools for the Swampscott High School, Swampscott Middle School, and the Swampscott Elementary School. Bi-weekly cutting, trimming, weed whacking of all grass areas on school property May-October. Weeding and bed maintenance for beds on school property May-October. This includes removal of weeds and debris and refreshing the mulch as needed.Spring cleanup including a full cleanup of all landscaped areas on school property. All beds to be fully weeded and filled with mulch. Mulch to be provided by the contractor. Fall Cleanup includes full cleanup of all landscaped areas on school property including the removal of all leaves. One year contract with option to extend for three.
