As of 6/9/2026 the City of Brockton is cancelling this project due to insufficient funds. All bids are being rejected, and the project will be revised for potential rebid for construction in the future. EV Classroom Building at Brockton High School Section Includes: Miscellaneous site work to prepare the ground up construction of the manufactured metal building system. Supply and erect Metal building system, including foundation, slab-on-grade and utilities. Interior fit out including new walls, finishes, doors, fixtures, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and electrical work. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Sub Bid Category Plumbing, Mechanical & Electrical Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
