This Request for Quotations is an invitation by Utilities Kingston to prospective respondents to submit quotations for the Water Heater Replacement Program. The selected company will complete water heater replacement installations on behalf of Utilities Kingston, at competitive pricing, and represent Utilities Kingston in interactions with customers. Utilities Kingston is seeking quotations from qualified vendors interested in being the primary non-exclusive water heater replacement service provider. Bids must be submitted online in English and only through the specified online submissions process. Suppliers may preview bid opportunities and documents without registration, but registration and a subscription or Pay-Per-Bid access may be required to download secured documents and participate.
