Description

The selected firm shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform tree acquisition and planting, pruning, and removal services within the corporate limits of the City of Markham as part of the City's Tree Equity Program. Proposers may submit proposals for any one service, any combination, or all services. The City reserves the right to make multiple awards or a single award. All work shall be performed in accordance with industry standards, including ANSI A300 standards for tree care operations. The Contractor shall employ or retain at least one Illinois ISA Certified Arborist to oversee all activities and have access to a Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ) Certified Arborist for removals and risk assessment.
