Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. In accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a contractor for the supply and installation of vehicle exhaust capture system replacements for Franklin Fire Station Headquarters and Franklin Fire Station # 2. Bids must include a Certificate of Eligibility in HVAC with the latest revised Massachusetts DCAMM Update Statement. The work to be done under this contract shall consist of, but not be limited to, an HVAC contractor to furnish and install a complete vehicle exhaust capture system, including all associated components, staging, and rigging. The scope involves connecting the new system to existing circuit breakers and piping/duct work, as well as providing access panels to ensure the equipment remains serviceable. All work must be fully integrated and operable, maintaining required fire resistance ratings for all modified surfaces.
