Renovation of an educational facility in York, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 65,000-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
Lincoln Charter School requests bids to replace the Fire Alarm System at the Lincoln Charter School located at 559 W. King St., York, PA. The work will be performed under a Single Prime Contract. The project consists of the complete replacement of the Fire Alarm System within a 3 story 65,000 sf +/- building, including devices, wiring, fire alarm panel and related items. All bidders must register with the Project Manager via email to receive notices regarding this solicitation. Provide company name, address, phone number, contact person and email address. Bid documents, plans and specifications will be available from the Project Manager. Requests for the Bid documents are to be made via email to the Project Manager. All questions regarding this project are to be directed to the Project Manager via email. All questions will be answered via Addendum. Bids are to be submitted electronically to the Project Manager. Only Bonefide Bids will be accepted. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Bid amount must accompany the Bid. A Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the contract amount will be required. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Rates. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids at their sole discretion. PA Prevailing Wage Rates apply
