The Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority (SRTA) is inviting bids for the preparation of various sites to host ticket vending machines (TVM). There will be two contracts: one for electrical work and one for general trades construction (GTC) for site preparation. The solicitation covers Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, and York Counties. All bids and contracts are subject to all applicable Commonwealth and Federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), and SRTA. All costs incurred by bidders in developing their responses are the sole responsibility of the bidding firms, and such costs should not be included in the cost proposals. All materials, questions, addenda, and submissions will be addressed via the PennBid.net platform. The Authority reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the IFB process. Bids received after the specified closing time will not be evaluated. Misdirected submittals will not be accepted. Disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration for an award.
