West Manchester Township is requesting bids for the Maintenance & Emergency Contract (Trenchless) Project. The work includes emergency and maintenance services for the Township's utilities, including but not limited to the existing sanitary sewer and storm sewer collection and conveyance systems. Work involves trenchless repair of existing facilities and is to be performed upon issuance of Work Orders by the Owner. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10% must accompany the bid. Questions regarding the bidding documents must be submitted via the designated online platform; telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Bidders must comply with all state anti-bid-rigging regulations and submit a non-collusion affidavit with the bid. Compliance with federal and state statutes, including environmental regulations and the Public Works Employment Verification Act, is required. A Public Works Employment Verification Form is required for contract award. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act does not apply to this contract. Bids are irrevocable for 60 days after the bid opening date. No discrimination based on gender, race, color, creed, sex, age, physical disability, or national origin is permitted.
