The Project encompasses a base bid and alternates across 4 areas in West Manchester Township and generally includes: Roadway rehabilitation improvements including micro-surfacing, full-depth reclamation (FDR), asphalt paving, variable depth milling, pavement markings, utility structure adjustments, ADA curb ramp improvements, traffic control, and related restoration. The Base Bid includes Bird Land microsurfacing and S. Zarfoss Drive. Alternate 1 (King Street) and Alternate 2 (W. Philadelphia Street) will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with Article 18.5.B of the Instructions to Bidders, subject to available funding.
