The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform crack sealing services on selected Town Highways within the Town of Sharon. The work shall include, but not be limited to: cleaning the cracks and joints to remove debris and vegetation; applying crack sealing material to the cracks and joints; applying a seal coat to the surface to protect the repaired area from further damage; and traffic control. The work must be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and industry standards, and in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines. Proposals must be received by the specified deadline. Submittals may be emailed in PDF format, mailed, or hand delivered, but faxed submissions are not accepted. Mailed or hand delivered proposals must be in sealed envelopes with the appropriate information printed on the outside. Bidders must familiarize themselves with conditions, and nothing in the request implies a contractual obligation nor reimbursement for submittal preparation costs. Proposals received after the deadline will be rejected and returned unopened.
