Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Kenner, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,634-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and 8,634-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.

The work consists of a new 1-story approximately 8,634 square foot community resource center which will house a medical office building. Work includes selective demolition, site improvements, pile supported concrete slab foundation, wood structure, exterior walls of stucco, metal wall panels, and aluminum storefront, interior partitions, doors and frames, finishes, casework, equipment, mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, communications, and fire alarm work for a complete and fully functional medical office building. All bids must comply with the contract documents as provided for this project. Bidders may obtain contract documents for review or use in preparing bids from the designated architect or online. Bids may be submitted electronically. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Design Professional in writing. Design Professional will reply by Addenda to all parties recorded as having received the bidding documents. Addenda will be issued at least three (3) days (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to the time stated for Bid Opening. Questions received less than ten (10) working days prior to the date for Bid Opening will not be answered. Last Day for Questions: May 4, 2026
