Remodeling of a municipal facility in Bruce, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
**As of May 13, 2026 there are no bids receive for this project. The Village is requesting bids for remodel after building flooding. Work will include electrical, plumbing, insulation, sheet rock, painting, wall papering, suspended ceiling installation, and carpet installation. Proposed work must follow standard specifications listed in Village Code and all Wisconsin Building Codes. Proof of insurance is required upon bid award. The preferred completion date is August 1st, 2026. Bidding is based on sealed competitive bids and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder per Wis. Stat. 62.15. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside as "2026 Village Hall Commercial Repairs Quote" and should also bear the name of the contractor, address, and license number if applicable. The Village of Bruce reserves the right to reject any bids, waive informalities, and accept any bid deemed advantageous to the Village.
