Asphalt Project Town of Washington-Rusk County is requesting bids for Blacktopping (Pavement Replacement) of 1.8 miles of town road. The location is as follows: at route: County Highway E, on route: West on Bailey Road. Specifications are (per state standards): ADT: 75, with Pavement Rating: 3; DOT 70- Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement (HMAC): 20 and 21 feet wide, 2 and 2.5 inches thick, 2 foot each shoulder. This will be 4 quotes overall. The completion date required will be determined by the town board and the bidder chosen.
