**As of August 23, 2023, project was awarded to Scott Construction but awarded amount is not available.** The Town of Stubbs is requesting bids for crack sealing / chip sealing of the following roads. Please bid each of the projects separately, giving a guaranteed maximum price, with unit prices stated for equipment, labor, and materials. Bids should include two separate costs for each project, one including price for crack sealing and one for chip sealing. The town also reserves the right to refuse any or all bids and / or reject the low bid for cause.
