**As of May 15th, 2026, this project has been awarded to the following companies: For sealcoating: Scott Construction for $43,500. For paving: Scott Construction for $39,823.00. ** Sealcoating is required on specified Town roads and the Town Hall parking lot. The process includes cleaning the existing road surface, applying emulsified asphalt with a full-width sprayer, covering with 3/8-inch washed pea stone, and rolling with a pneumatic tire roller. Contractors interested in bidding should contact the Town Patrolman for more information. Sealed bids must be submitted by the specified deadline, either by hand delivery or mail, to the designated Town Deputy Clerk. The Town of Perry reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any technicality in any bid, and accept any bid deemed most advantageous to the Town of Perry.
