The work involves the reconstruction of a portion of the northbound lane of Range Line Road from Executive Drive to City Center Drive. It includes removal of existing full depth pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and drive approaches. The scope also covers the construction of on-street parking spaces, infiltration basins, raised crosswalks, lighting, and a HMA multi-use path. All bids must be properly and completely executed on the provided proposal forms and include the required non-collusion affidavit. A bid bond or certified check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each bid, and a one hundred percent (100%) performance and payment bond will be required of the successful bidder.
