Site work and paving for a road / highway in Rosendale, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project will be complete using in-house staff. The Town of Springvale, Fond du Lac County is accepting bids for highway projects for 2026. The projects include cold mix paver wedging/overlay and hot oil seal coating for the following roads: Curtis Road (Forest Rd. to T'), Center Road (over existing cold mix wedge), Center Road (North of N5140), Metovale Road (Church Road to County KK), Schmoldt Road (Center Road to the top of the hill), Paul Road (Broken Corner), and Schmoldt Road (Top of the hill to the corner). The scope involves single seal using hot oil and 100% fractured FA2 black granite chips, and various amounts of cold mix wedging. The bid should include the tons of cold mix to be used, specify the type of chip seal process, and include the price per ton for cold mix paver patching and for cold mix hand patching. Subcontracting is not allowed. The Town of Springvale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
