Reference Number 0000434238 The City of Hamtramck is requesting sealed bids for the following scope of work: Removal and reconstruction of Comstock Road from Gallagher to Conant, that includes the widening of the road and consisting of new concrete pavement and curb and gutter and sidewalk. This work includes the removal of existing storm sewer, and installation of approximately 740 linear feet of 12-inch to 18-inch storm sewer, to include associated catch basin, and manholes. The anticipated start date is September 28, 2026, and substantially complete by November 15, 2026, and final completion by November 30, 2026. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of bid opened.
