Sealed proposals are requested to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to satisfactorily complete the project titled "Doctor's Office Addition/Renovation-Historic New Harmony USI." Bidders must submit a bid bond of no less than five percent of the total bid, and the successful bidder must provide payment bonds for one hundred percent of the contract amount prior to contract execution. A certificate of insurance and the requisite endorsement naming the University of Southern Indiana as additional insured must be submitted with the bid package. The University reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, make any combination thereof, waive any informality, and return unopened any proposals received after the specified deadline.
