Metcalfe County Fiscal Court will receive sealed bids on the following items in a quantity sufficient to supply its needs during the 2026/27 Fiscal Year: crushed stone/gravel, asphalt plant mix, contract patching per ton, petroleum products (equipment/vehicles), road oil, chip and seal. All bidders must obtain a bid form at the office of the County Judge/Executive during normal business hours. The bid must state the price per unit for the one year period, including all applicable taxes. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, properly marked with the specified bid item and the bidder's name, along with all applicable proposal sheets. Partial bids for only a portion of the items may be submitted. Metcalfe County Fiscal Court reserves the right to award all or part of any bid or to re-advertise any items before awarding contracts. Bids will be awarded on an evaluated basis, and the Court reserves the right to waive informality or reject any and all bids.
