Sealed bids are invited for the Added Security Scope - Fencing and Gates at the Louisiana Correctional Institute for Women in St. Gabriel, Louisiana, under project number 01-107-24-03, F.01004713. Bidders must be licensed for Building Construction as per LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192. Each bid must include bid security amounting to five percent of the total bid (including all alternates), in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond according to the Bid Documents. All bidding procedures and requirements as stated in LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5) must be followed. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five days of receipt except as allowed under LA. R.S. 38:2214. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Participation in the Small Entrepreneurship (SE) and Veteran-Owned Small Entrepreneurships Programs is encouraged.
