Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Davenport, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The project involves the reconstruction of Western Avenue from W 28-1/2 Street to W 31st Street. The scope of work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the reconstruction of the existing roadway, ADA sidewalk and ramps, integrated curb replacement, resetting of all existing utility surface features to finish grade, replacement of driveway approach aprons, topsoil, sodding, and erosion control. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system; no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.
