Site work and paving for a road / highway in Celina, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed bids are requested for Center Line and Edge Line Pavement Marking for various Mercer County roads and all work incidental thereto in accordance with the specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of either a bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid. Upon entering a contract, a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent of the project will be required. All bids must meet applicable federal requirements, including federal prevailing wage rates. Bidders must be currently on ODOT's list of pre-approved contractors. Award of contract will be made on the basis of the total lump sum bid submitted. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities to the advantage of the County.
