a. Remove the existing roof and insulation down to the steel deck b. Any bad decking that is discovered will be replaced at $______ per sq ft. c. Attach two layers of 2.6" isocyanate (ISO) insulation mechanically attached to the metal decking d. Install an 1/2 " gypsum coverboard adhered in insulation adhesive e. Install an 60 mil TPO, fully adhered roof system over the entire area f. Flash all walls, vents, curbs, scuppers per manufacturer's written specifications g. Install new perimeter metal at all roof areas h. Current antenna removed and disposed of i. All required permits shall be obtained and managed by the contractor awarded the bid j. All heavy machinery and equipment onsite must fall within FAA regulations k.
