The work involves the removal and replacement of the existing roofing system and installation of a new gutter system at the Florissant Golf Course Club House. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to complete the project per specifications. The contractor is required to inspect the roof prior to bidding for accurate measurements and pricing. The roofing replacement includes removing and disposing of old roofing materials and debris, inspecting and potentially replacing wood decking, re-nailing loose decking, installing aluminum drip edge, ice and water shield at specified locations, two layers of #15 underlayment, new lead pipe flashings, ridge vent system, roof vents, roof-to-wall and step flashing, resetting satellite dishes if applicable, starter strips, architectural shingles (Owens Corning Duration or approved equal), sealing and painting as required, and full site cleanup. Additional work includes replacing copper chimney counter flashing and cricket pan flashing, flashing around curbs, removing fence post mount bracket flashings, and installing fencing around AC units. Gutter replacement includes removing and disposing of existing gutters, inspecting and replacing fascia as needed, installing 6" seamless gutters, new downspouts, and gutter guards.
