The Hazelwood School District is not responsible for late or incorrect proposals. The Hazelwood School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals. The Hazelwood School District reserves the right to award all or part of the bid solicitation to multiple bidders based on which proposal and/or proposals are most beneficial for the District. Clean and repaint approximately 45,000 square feet of metal roof, including all gutters and downspouts. B. Perform a deep clean and surface preparation of the entire metal roof assembly along with gutters and downspouts in accordance with coating's manufacturer specifications. C. Ensure the surface is free of contaminants, oxidation, and debris to guarantee optimal coating adhesion. D. Apply one (1) coat of Sherwin Williams Macropoxy 646 per manufacturer specifications to ensure a manufacturer warranty. E. Apply finish coat of Sherwin Williams Acrolon 100 HS to match the current color per manufacturer specification to ensure a manufacturer warranty. F. Follow safety standards to keep staff, students, and parents safe while walking in and out of the building. G. Remove all debris and trash from site. H. Repair any incidental damage caused during the execution of the work. I. Supply porta potty for duration of project.
