General work includes the purchase and installation of an ADA-compliant lift at the James J. Eagan Pool. The specified equipment is a Spectrum Aquatics Model Motion Trek BP350 Battery Operated ADA Lift. Contractor is responsible for installing the anchor, which should be bonded to rebar or the deck drain next to the pool. Work includes full delivery, assembly, and installation of the lift according to manufacturer specifications and engineering data, ensuring it is leveled, aligned, and operation-ready upon completion. All work and installation must meet ADA standards. The bid must be turnkey, covering equipment, delivery, installation labor, all required materials, and staff training on lift usage and battery care. Shipping/delivery charges must be included in the bid price and delivery should be f.o.b. destination. Vendors must provide a warranty outline, certificate of insurance, and a completed anti-demonstration form. All proposals must be submitted electronically by the specified deadline, and at least three references must be included. Vendors must confirm understanding of all terms, conditions, and specifications. Bidders are required to familiarize themselves with project conditions and documents and are to furnish all supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, tools, equipment, testing, training, and transportation services necessary to complete the work according to the contract documents.
