The City of Moreno Valley and the Moreno Valley Community Services District are soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide landscape and irrigation maintenance services for certain parkways, medians, and open space landscaped areas for a period of five years. Approximately 3 million square feet of public landscaping and irrigation are included in this contract, with about 800,000 square feet located within protected habitat. The contractor must be experienced in public landscape and irrigation maintenance, licensed in the State of California, and possess all valid licenses, permits, and certifications required for performance. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically, ensuring a successful transmission and obtaining an ebid confirmation number with a timestamp from the Bid Management System. Transmission of bids by any other means will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for using the bid management system properly, ensuring their computer system can upload the required documents, and maintaining stable internet service. Only bids transmitted successfully through the system will be considered.
