This project is for the Pier Below Deck Fire Sprinkler Replacement - Phase 3. The work includes supplying all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and services necessary to perform all required work as described in the contract documents. The scope involves shop drawings, fire department permit approvals, installation of new and demolition of existing fire sprinkler systems and associated riser assemblies, riser manifolds, main lines, fire alarm systems (devices, wiring, programming, testing, labeling), reprogramming existing fire alarm systems, installation of new tees and control valves for future phases, and procurement of long lead items. All bids must be submitted electronically through the City's vendor portal. The contractor must comply with all specified insurance, bond, licensing, public works registration, and wage requirements. Bid forms and required certifications must be completed and uploaded as instructed. Failure to comply with submission instructions or missing required forms may result in bid rejection. Advance procurement allowance is also included for shop drawings, fire department permit approvals, and long-lead items.
