Contractor shall furnish, deliver, and install new CU-2 (Model: TUHYE0964AN41AN) at Moss Avenue Pumping Station. Installation includes all duct work, piping, and installation of electrical conduit and lines to the unit. Contractor shall review existing building conditions prior to developing shop drawings. Contractor is responsible for all necessary permits, As-Built drawings, and AutoCAD files for Engineers and Landlord Files. All ductwork must be fabricated, installed, sealed, and insulated in strict conformance with the requirements of the 2022 California Mechanical Code. All equipment, materials, and work must conform to the 2022 California Building Code, Mechanical Code, Plumbing Code, City of Santa Monica Ordinances and Regulations, and State and Fire Marshall's regulations. Required certifications and licenses: C-10 (electrical), EPA 608 certification, C-20 (Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor). Bidders must review any plans/specifications before submitting a bid and report any errors or omissions during the Q&A period. Bids must be submitted on forms supplied by the City of Santa Monica and in accordance with specifications, terms, and conditions contained therein. Electronic submissions are required through the CITY’S ONLINE VENDOR PORTAL prior to the bid opening time. Bidders must fully inform themselves as to the conditions, requirements, and specifications of the work or materials specified before submitting bids. Any deviations from specifications must be clearly indicated in the bid or in an attachment entitled “Exceptions to Specifications.” Bidders must submit all required bid documents in original order and format, including addenda (if issued), disclosure forms, living wage certification (if applicable), certificate of compliance, certification regarding debarment, non-discrimination policy acknowledgment, and non-collusion declaration. Successful bidders will be required to provide a business license (if applicable). Insurance documentation is required from the successful bidder. Insurance coverage must include commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers’ compensation, meeting specified minimums and additional provisions, including additional insured status and waiver of subrogation. All required certificates and endorsements must be provided and approved by the City before work commences. Question Deadline 04/07/2026 at 3:00 PM PT as per Adda 1.
