Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Carter, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Forest County Potawatomi is requesting proposals for inspection services related to improvements of their existing 75,000-gallon and 150,000-gallon elevated steel water storage tanks. The project involves recoating the water towers, with a requirement for a qualified paint and coating inspector to be onsite full-time during the improvements to ensure that work is completed according to specifications. The contractor may mobilize and set up equipment prior to August 3rd, 2026, but draining the towers and removal of communication equipment can only begin on or after that date. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that their proposals are received by the due date and may deliver them by mail or drop off at the specified address. Addresses for both water towers are provided, and site maps are included in the RFP. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the Brook's Act, and there will be no public bid opening.
