Provide preventive and corrective elevator maintenance services for Air Route and Air Traffic Control Tower facilities in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Services include all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to maintain, inspect, test, service, and repair elevator systems to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous operation. Work is to be performed as required under a firm-fixed-price contract, covering the base period and all option periods. Subcontracting is not permitted. The contractor must demonstrate qualified key personnel to manage and perform the work, comply with all applicable AMS clauses, meet insurance requirements, and provide past experience performing elevator maintenance of similar size and scope without subcontracting.
