Site work for a water / sewer project in Summerville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of the installation of 70 feet of 8” ductile iron pipe (DIP) waterline, 40 feet by jacking and boring in 16” steel casing across State Route 28, along with fittings, gate valves, and restoration in the Borough of Summerville, Jefferson County, PA. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidders, and a bid security of not less than ten percent of the total amount of the bid must be included. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the bid opening.
