The project is for the construction of an approximately 6,154 square foot new clubhouse for the Tarpon Springs Golf Course, located in Tarpon Springs, FL. The project involves constructing the new facility and pursuing a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) while keeping the existing clubhouse in operation. Upon issuance of the TCO, the existing clubhouse will be demolished, and the parking lot will be completed to achieve the final Certificate of Occupancy (C of O). The golf course facility must remain in full operation throughout the entire construction period, and all work must be phased and coordinated to minimize disruption to ongoing operations. Bids are to be submitted through a designated online platform. PROJECT NUMBER: 6511-22-122-002 Question Deadline 05/15/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Architect will respond and return RFIs to Contractor within seven calendar days of receipt. For the purpose of establishing the start of the mandated response period, RFIs received after 12:00 noon will be considered as having been received on the following regular working day.
