Develop a Public Sanitary Sewer Feasibility Study. Consultants are invited to submit qualifications. Statements of Qualifications should include information regarding the firm's history; education and experience of owners and key technical personnel; the technical expertise of the firm's current staff; the firms' experience in performing architecture/engineering studies, design, construction administration/observation, availability of staff; references; work completed in Licking County and any other relevant factors as determined by the public authority. The offeror agrees to comply with all applicable state and federal requirements including: Confidentiality, Civil Rights Act/Equal Employment Opportunity, "Section 3" Compliance in the Provision of Training, Employment and Business Opportunities, Section 504 Handicapped (if $2,500 or over), Compliance with HUD and ODOD Patent Right in Research Regulations, Access to Records, Compliance with all local law and regulations.
