Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a 1,440-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot.

Repair of the existing Black Forest Dumpster/Recycling Site located at the Black Forest Inn, 32600 N State Rt 44, Lock Haven, PA. The work includes: site and equipment mobilization; removal of fencing (panels only, not posts); removal of existing concrete pad and elimination of fiber slates; disposal of concrete off-site; installation, grading, and compaction of 6" of 2A stone sub-base for a new 30'x48' concrete pad (with new pad installed inside of posts so that posts may be removed or adjusted in the future); pouring 4" of 4000 psi, fiber enforced concrete with broom finish; saw cutting expansion joints and applying 2 coats of concrete sealer; reinstalling fencing and adjusting posts as needed; and cleanup and removal of any materials needed for job construction and de-mobilization. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "BLACK FOREST REPAIRS" and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid. A certified check or performance bond in the amount of 100% of the bid, made payable to the municipality, is to be completed upon award by the successful bidder. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
