Renovation of an educational facility in South Bend, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
** As of June 16, 2026. Project has not yet been awarded and the timeline for award has not yet been established ** There shall be one lump-sum, single-prime General Construction contract which shall include all work related to the labor, services, materials, and equipment required for the replacement of existing roof top mechanical units, identified as #8 and #9. Work will include removal of existing roof top equipment; installation of new equipment; piping, ductwork, and electrical as required; testing and balancing of new units; integration of units into existing control systems; and roofing and curb modifications as required. The work will be done on an occupied building. Coordinate work on site to avoid student occupied areas. The work is more particularly described on plans and specifications prepared by Alliance Architects. Bidders are responsible for submitting complete proposals and confirming that proposals have been completely received prior to the required date and time. Bidders are advised that this contract is subject to Indiana State Law. Any bidder unable to comply will not be eligible for a contract award. Award is subject to final approval.
