Sealed bids are invited for the Ridge Road Resurfacing Phase 1 project. Bid documents, including contract terms and conditions, must be obtained from the Huron County Engineer for a non-refundable fee. Additional fees apply for shipping documents by mail. Each proposal must include a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond according to Ohio Revised Code, and be submitted with the full names of all parties involved. Bidders must provide evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity. Compliance with prevailing wage rates as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce is required. Bid documents must be submitted bound and obtained directly from the Huron County Engineer. The Board of Trustees of Bronson Township reserves the right to waive irregularities or reject any bids. Award is subject to final approval.
