If the bid amount is under $50,000.00, submission by email to the specified address is allowed by 10:00 A.M. on bid day. For bids exceeding $50,000.00, a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond for five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany the proposal. Bids cannot be withdrawn for at least forty-five (45) days after the closing time. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
