Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Marquette, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Marquette County Planning Division is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the water heater at the Perkins Park Campground Pavilion. The scope of work includes obtaining appropriate building code permits, removing and disposing of existing water heaters, installing a new propane, 199K BTU, 77-to-100-gallon water heater and accessories to match the 181-gallon first-hour recovery of the existing unit. The project also requires the installation of a new mixing valve to replace the existing Symmons mixing valve. Work must be completed within 45 days from receipt of the proceed to work order. obtain appropriate building code permits for work Remove and dispose of existing water heaters Install new propane , 199K BTU , between 77 -to - 100 -gallon , water heater and accessories to match the 181 - gallon first hour recovery of the existing unit (see photo ) Install new mixing valve to replace existing 5-500 Symmons mixing valve (see photo ).
