The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for electrical parts, equipment, supplies, and services on an "as needed" basis for a specified contract period. The intention is to contract with reliable, high performance vendors to supply products and services to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. Any goods or non-construction services related to electrical will be considered. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation, resulting in agreements that provide an indefinite quantity of supplies or services during a fixed period to EPIC6 Members. There is no specific project or scope of work to review, as the solicitation is a prospective award for utilization when any EPIC6 Member requires the offered goods or services during the agreement period. Awarded vendors must agree to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members, but cooperative members are not required to purchase from awarded vendors. EPIC6 will award agreements on a multi-vendor basis to best serve the needs of its members. To be considered, proposals must meet a minimum evaluation score. Awards will designate vendors as "approved vendors" with the Cooperative and its members. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal as defined in Texas Education Code Chapter 44.
